- We turn up on scheduleEach round is done in the agreed slot. Anything found outside the agreed scope is quoted separately as a fixed price before we do it.
- Report after every roundBefore-and-after photos and a summary of what was done, ready for the council or your facilities file.

How often do the rounds happen? +
That is set with you. We shape the frequency and the scope around your budget cycle, the size of the property and how heavily it is used.
What if you find something outside the agreed scope? +
We photograph it, tell you, and quote it as a separate fixed price. Nothing extra is done until you say yes.
Do we get a report after each round? +
Yes. Every round is closed out with before-and-after photos and a summary that fits council reporting.
