Do you work with MCSTs and managing agents? +
Yes — recurring maintenance and common-area works are a big part of what we do. Every job is closed out with photo documentation that fits council reporting.
Do I really not need a site visit for a quote? +
For most jobs, a short WhatsApp video is enough for us to scope and give a fixed price. Complex works may still need a visit — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
How fast can you turn a job around? +
Quotes usually come back the same day. For the works themselves, straightforward jobs are often done within the week — we'll give you a firm slot with the quote, and we keep to it.
Do you take one-off jobs too? +
We do. Most of our week is ongoing work for property teams, so one-off jobs are scheduled around that — send us a video and we'll tell you honestly how soon we can fit you in.
Can you work after hours or on weekends? +
Yes — offices and retail units are usually done outside opening hours. After-hours slots are quoted upfront like everything else, so there are no surprise loadings.
Who actually turns up to do the work? +
Our own vetted crew. Everyone who enters your property works for BiigHands, knows the job scope beforehand, and documents the work with before-and-after photos.
Can we set up a recurring arrangement? +
Yes — many MCSTs and facilities teams put us on a cyclical schedule for touch-ups and inspections. We'll shape the scope around your budget cycle and reporting needs.
What areas do you cover? +
We serve all of Singapore, islandwide.
How do payments and invoicing work? +
We accept PayNow, with proper invoices issued to your company or MCST entity.
Is your work covered if something goes wrong? +
Workmanship is insured up to 13 months, and we stand behind our repairs — if something we fixed fails, tell us and we'll make it right. Coverage details are available on request.
