- Source fixed, surface restoredWe stop the leak first, then rectify the surface once dry, and send before-and-after photos.

Can you tell from a video where the leak is coming from? +
Often, yes. Film the stain, the area above or behind it and any fittings nearby. If we cannot pinpoint it remotely we tell you upfront and arrange a visit before quoting.
Do you fix the cause or just the stain? +
Both. We stop the source first, then rectify the surface once it is dry, so the stain does not come back.
Is the repair covered by warranty? +
Workmanship is insured for up to 13 months. If something we fixed fails, tell us and we make it right.
